9.What are your personal bests?: 2.5 on 14m at the European Championships - I won the Senior Ladies 3 section. However I have recently been clearing 13m and need to do it in a competition now!
10.Where do you practice and how often?: I try and make it five times a week, and I am proud to say that with the help of my friends Colin and Francois, I skiid throughout last winter. Once or twice at Germiston Lake and the Vaal River, and once weekly at Ski World with Mike Shead.
11.Favourite Tournament?: The European Senior Championships in Maurik, Netherlands in 2009.
12.What disciplines do you partake in?: Slalom only
13.What is the highlight of your career?: I won the slalom Open Ladies SA Champs twice in succession in my twenties, and the fact that I ski better now, some 28 years later, is my ski career highlight!
14.What equipment are you using(Please include the following, ski’s with bindings, boat and gloves ): D3 - \"The Rose\" with O\'Brien gloves and palm protecters. My boat is a 2006 Mastercraft, but also train behing Ski Nautique, Malibu and Supra inboard boats.
15.Favourite ski partner and why?: My friends Colin Pepin and Francois Stemmet. I could not have done the ice bit last winter without them!
16.What’s the craziest thing that you have done involving skiing?: Skiid when I was one week overdue with my eldest daughter Kirby in 1985.
17.Any other interests?: I retired from Drag Racing (had a B Dragster) in 2007 - which is why I started competitive waterskiing to fill in the gap. Also jogging, yoga, fine wine and dining, art, travel and property.
